Description Leading financial services company is in the market for a talented individual to join our team on a contract basis. Job Description: The successful candidate will be tasked with assisting in various investment operations roles, providing integral support to our team. This includes responsibilities such as data entry, portfolio accounting, and generating reports on an ad-hoc basis for investment and tax reporting purposes. Key Responsibilities: + Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. + Supporting portfolio accounting processes and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of recorded financial data in our reporting system. + Generating comprehensive and timely reports for investment and tax reporting purposes. + Using the Envestnet software effectively to conduct operations. + Providing support to the investment team in systematic and ad-hoc tasks. + Participating in regular meetings and collaborating with the team to enhance the operations workflow. Requirements Key Skills/Experience: + Demonstrated proficiency with Envestnet or similar software. + Basic understanding of investment and tax reporting + Proficiency in MS Office Suite. + Excellent attention to detail, data entry, and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently, when required.
