Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Modesto, California. This role involves supporting a team in the CPA industry in a workplace setting. You will be responsible for handling data entry tasks, maintaining financial records, and utilizing software programs for various responsibilities. Responsibilities • Accurately inputting data from income tax returns into the designated database • Handling sensitive paperwork with confidentiality and precision • Keeping financial records updated through light bookkeeping tasks • Identifying and promptly resolving discrepancies through simple reconciliations • Using software programs such as Lacerte and QuickBooks for data entry and bookkeeping tasks • Keeping files and records updated and maintained as necessary For consideration contact Robert Half at 209-232-1991.
