Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, for an Accounting Assistant. In this role, you will be tasked with the monitoring and review of various data systems, financial records, and other complex documents. The role will demand high levels of detail orientation, organizational abilities, and the capacity to learn quickly and identify potential issues. Responsibilities: • Review and scrutinize financial records and data systems meticulously • Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, CaseWare, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various accounting functions • Detect and resolve problematic issues within the documents • Ensure all tasks are completed appropriately, adhering to a predetermined checklist • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including bank reconciliations • Undertake auditing tasks as required • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to report findings and issues Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with CaseWare • Ability to use Concur • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Capability to perform all Accounting Functions • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Skills in Auditing • Proficiency in conducting Bank Reconciliations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
