Description We have an opportunity for a part-time Accounting Assistant, based in Longwood, Florida. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity for an accounting professional with QuickBooks Online experience. Responsibilities • Manage accounting tasks, including invoice entering and processing. • Update and create vendor files. • Contribute to the preparation of documents for audit. • Ensure accurate data entry while processing outstanding invoices. • Provide assistance in maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor files. • Support accounting functions, including accounts payable and audit preparations. • Utilize QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Recent and relevant accounting experience. • Ability to handle audit preparation. • Strong experience using QuickBooks Online.
