Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role involves managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and excellent customer service skills.

The work environment includes a day shift from 8am to 5pm with flexible hours as needed. The role requires working in the office with a casual dress code. The team is friendly and laid-back, with many employees bringing their dogs to work. The company provides daily snacks, offers 50% paid medical insurance for individuals, state minimum PTO for the first two years (increasing to 80 hours per year after), and paid holidays including Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving. Unpaid days off are available for Memorial Day, Labor Day, MLK Day, and the 4th of July.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
