Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Floresville, Texas. This role is within the manufacturing industry and the successful candidate will have a focus on billing and accounts receivable. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately manage billing and accounts receivable processes • Handle extensive phone interactions with customers and suppliers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly • Maintain meticulous financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented • Use advanced Excel skills, including vlookups and charts, to analyze financial data and produce reports • Work collaboratively with the accounting team, supporting various tasks and projects as needed • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems • Thorough understanding and execution of Accounting Functions • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proficiency in using Epicor ERP system • Experience with Quickbooks Online is a must • Ability to use Excel Formulas effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience in Billing procedures and practices Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
