Essential Functions Statements:

Ensure the timely filing and maintenance of business records. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Serve as backup for setting up vendors, process A/P invoices, create PO's, and issue checks. Maintain an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions. Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
