Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk with proficiency in QuickBooks and Concur. The ideal candidate needs to be task-oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: + Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable data. + Use QuickBooks and Concur for various accounting tasks. + Post customer checks, vendor payments, and bank transactions. + Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. + Create and update expense reports using Concur. + Process reimbursement forms, invoices, and checks. + Report on financial status on a regular basis and create ad-hoc reports when needed. + Assist with other accounting projects as needed. Requirements + A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. + Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Concur software. + Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions). + Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. + Good organizational and time-management abilities. + An Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
