We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Accounting department. The Accounting Associate and assist with various accounting department functions.
Responsibilities Process New Vendor PacketsAccounts Payable Vendor Expense recordingAccounts Payable Check - ACH Vendor ProcessingReconcile Vendor StatementsAudit Employee Expense Report ReceiptsAssist with Monthly Company Visa Card ProcessAssist Accounts ReceivableHelp with other department functionsAssist with company scanning and record keepingAssist with company research and troubleshooting Qualifications 3-5 years bookkeeping and/or accounting experience (a plus)Strong attention to organizational details is necessary.
