We are seeking to hiring a full time (40 hours per week) Accounting & Billing Specialist. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position is responsible for assisting the Accounting Department with daily functions including, but not limited to analysis, monthly and annual reporting.
The responsibilities for this position include the following:
Process monthly contract billingPrepare and maintain monthly contract analysis reports on expenditures and revenuesPrepare daily deposits and record on spreadsheetHandle accounting petty cash box reimbursements and requestsMaintain and execute EAP contract on a monthly basisEnter and calculate agency postage expensePrepare childcare bill in CCFAAssist with external audit preparation and requests as neededReview and process section 125 and dependent care informationRespond to reasonable expectations of the Agency and/or supervisor.Education and Experience requirements:
Associates Degree preferred.Must possess competent computer skills, proficiency in Excel and Word required.1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.This is a benefits eligible position. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
