What will I be doing?

\n

The Analyst/Clerk will participate in the development and processes of accurate reports and account management. In addition to performance, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company.

\n\nPerform applicable Accounts Receivable functions\nCollaborate with SSCs and service provider, as well as partner with SSC to resolve disputes\nParticipate in the production of monthly accounts as directed\nComplete month-end responsibilities\nExecute internal control over revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities of the hotel\nParticipate in special projects, team training and development\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required\nReports results to others and aids others to understand financial matters\nDevelops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with other finance departments and corporate departments they support\nCollaborates with manager to establish specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish project/department goals\nAttends staff meetings pertinent to work assignments\nResearches and responds to information requests from internal departments and management\nAct in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations on property and follow the correct procedures when required\n\n

 

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious experience in accounting in the same or similar role preferred\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel\n\n
