Responsibilities AP Responsibilities:Bill and credit accounts involved with the accounts payable system Submit and code vendor invoices to AP SystemAct as a liaison between departments and vendors Prepare sales and financial reports (accruals) for daily, weekly, and monthly reportingFile and maintain clerical records and report pertinent information AR Responsibilities:Submit invoices to clientsReconcile client payments with outstanding invoicesAct as liaison between departments and clientsPrepare reports for weekly and monthly reporting

 

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old.Minimum of 2 years' of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative assignments involving advanced record-keepingDirectly related business school or college courses may be substituted for up to 6 months of experienceSkilled in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to perform a volume of numerical detail work with speed and accuracyShift Details 

Monday to Friday
8 hour shift
