Description We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity in the Automotive Distribution industry, located in Orland Park, Illinois. The role is for an Accounts Payable Clerk and will involve tasks related to account reconciliation, invoice processing, and data entry, among other responsibilities utilizing QuickBooks Desktop. Key responsibilities: • Managing full cycle Accounts Payable operations • Utilizing QuickBooks Online for invoice processing • Conducting account reconciliations in QuickBooks • Entering data with accuracy and precision • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks • Maintaining customer credit records and monitoring accounts • Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Processing customer credit applications efficiently • Use of ACH for payment transactions • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records.
