**Overview** We are looking for an **Accounting Clerk** to join our team! This position processes accounts payable, bank deposits, ACH transactions, and cash transfers for both owned and managed senior care and living sites. When you come to work at an Ebenezer community, we strive to support your growth, honor your strengths and empower you to make a difference in the lives of others._ **Responsibilities/Job Description** + Communicates with sites and staff accountants regarding deposits, transfers, and ACH transactions + Processes ACH transactions for monthly resident payments + Processes ACH transactions for bi-weekly payroll pull from sites + Processes cash transfers between bank accounts + Assists with processing annual 1099 forms + Process accounts payable for managed housing + Maintains files of all accounts payable back-up and reports + Meters outgoing mail + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Required:** + 0-1 years of previous experience + Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word **Preferred:** + Associate Degree + 1-3 years of previous experience **Need help finding the right job?** We can recommend jobs specifically for you!
