Accounting Clerk
Answer the telephone and properly route calls. · Process incoming mail. · Process donations in the AQ2 Scanning System and in the Virtuous Donor Software System. · Deposit all donation checks and misc. checks via the BankPlus DepositPlus System. · Prepare the cash bank deposits. · Enter database updates in the Virtuous Donor Software System. (change of addresses, deceased, remove from the mailing list, etc.) · Pull mailing lists for all direct mail appeals from the Virtuous Donor Software System. · Pull donor analytical information from the Virtuous Donor Software System. · Code accounts payable invoices. · Reconcile vendor statements. · Review the Pearl Thrift Store Daily Revenue Reports. · Take care of all human resources needs. · Process bi-weekly payroll. (Currently 26 employees) · Process all misc. paperwork. (misc. deposits, manual checks, debits, credits, etc.) · Maintain filing system in accordance with the Records Retention Policy. · Liaison with vendors, insurance companies, etc. · Liaison with the CPA firm, external auditors, etc. About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
