Accounting Clerk

If you feel like this is the opportunity for you, please read the qualifications and APPLY NOW! **Job title** : Accounting Clerk **Job Summary** The candidate will work as an Accounting Clerk, focusing on processing financial transactions like accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting various accounting functions such as reconciliation and report generation. They will also assist with administrative duties related to financial documentation and collaborate with other departments for information gathering. **Skill Requirements** _Must-Have:_ · Proficiency in **accounting software** (e.g., **QuickBooks** , **Sage** , or similar) · Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially **Excel** ) · High level of accuracy and attention to detail · Strong organizational skills · Good verbal and written communication skills _Preferred:_ · Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role · Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. **Skill Education** · **Accounting Software:** Software used by accountants to manage financial transactions. · **QuickBooks:** A specific brand of accounting software commonly used by small businesses. · **Sage:** Another popular brand of accounting software. · **Microsoft Office Suite:** A collection of office-related applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. · **Excel:** A spreadsheet program that's part of Microsoft Office Suite used for data analysis and visualization.
