Accounting Clerk Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 to $19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Attention to detail Accounting clerks need to be highly accurate.Communication skills Accounting clerks need to be able to communicate well with clients and other employees, especially about sensitive financial information.Accounting software proficiency Accounting clerks should be proficient in using accounting software like QuickBooks and Excel. responsible and ethical when working with financial information.Time managementAccounting clerks should be able to manage their time and prioritize tasks.Teamwork  

Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

Type accuratelyPrepare, and maintain accounting documents and recordsPrepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statementsReconcile accounts in a timely mannerDaily enter key data of financial transactions into the databaseApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
