Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. Responsibilities to include daily invoicing, experience generating and exporting, as well as formatting reports from Quickbooks. Experience in journal entries and knowledge of normal balance, asset, and liability expenses and revenue accounts. A successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts payable clerk or General Ledger Accounting ClerkQuickbooks Experience a mustHospitality Industry a plusFamiliarity with bookkeeping, basic accounting proceduresCompetency in MS Office, database and accounting softwareHands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reportsAccuracy and attention to detailAptitude for numbersAbility to perform filing and record keeping tasksData entry and word processing skillsWell organizedHigh school degree
