Description We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team situated in Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States. In this role, you will be working within the industry, focusing on tasks such as account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and data entry. This job presents a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks • Manage account reconciliation activities in a timely and accurate manner • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy • Process invoices using various software including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP • Maintain accurate billing records and ensure all billing processes align with company policies • Proactively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Assist in the creation and implementation of effective strategies to improve accounting processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Proficient in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Skilled in Billing tasks • Excellent Data Entry skills • Experience in Invoice Processing • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Oracle software • Skilled in using QuickBooks • Familiarity with SAP software.
