Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the construction services industry. Responsibilities • Assisting with the processing and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Managing and organizing all financial-related data with accuracy. • Working closely with the accounting team to create and analyze financial reports. • Ensuring all customer accounts are up to date and professionally handling any inquiries or issues. • Conducting reconciliation of bank statements. • Preparing financial reports with detailed transaction records. • Identifying any irregularities or concerns about transactions or accounts and bringing them to the attention of management.
