As an **Accounting Clerk** , you will be part of the dynamic **Finance Department** , supporting operations and making sure the numbers add up! The ideal candidate will have a **sharp eye for detail** , a **knack for problem-solving** , and **great communication skills** , which will align perfectly with our client’s fast-paced and friendly environment. **Job Title:** **Accounting Clerk** **Location:** Hickory, NC **Pay Range:** $18 - $23 per hour (Depending on Experience) **What’s the Job?** 1. Tackle accounts payable and receivable with flair 2. Keep financial records organized and up to date 3. Process invoices and reconcile accounts like a pro 4. Assist in month-end closing activities 5. Team up with the finance squad to support smooth operations 6. Back up Accounts Payable and daily USPS mail pick up and drop off 7. Posting all cash, credit card, and ACH payments 8. Assist Accounts receivable with researching customer accounts **What’s Needed?** 1. Must have **at least** **2 years** **of recent accounting experience** and an excellent work history! 2. Experience with MSOffice and **proficiency with Excel** . 3. Strong attention to detail, **accurate Data Entry Skills** (you’re basically a detective) 4. Stellar communication and teamwork skills 5.
