Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the industry located in Tempe, Arizona, 85281, United States. The primary role will be to handle various accounting tasks, including account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry. The successful candidate will also be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. Responsibilities: • Accurately process and reconcile customer credit applications • Manage and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records • Handle billing and invoice processing tasks efficiently • Carry out data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed • Utilize accounting software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks • Ensure all accounting tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient accounting operations • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications. Requirements • Proven ability in Account Reconciliation • Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Demonstrated skills in Billing and Invoice Processing • Experience in Data Entry tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Oracle and SAP software • Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities • Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
