Accounting Clerk
The Accounting Clerk will report directly to the Senior Accountant. This position will be responsible for receiving, uploading, and confirming Bi-weekly payroll amounts and allocations. This role will also assist with several accounting administrative processes and will assist and develop several projects for the accounting team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Review, organize, and process corporate reimbursements.
Import and confirm bi-weekly payroll amounts and allocations. Review and update property list allocations. Communicate with billing authors and confirm outstanding vendor balances. Process and mail checks. Review payroll entity bank accounts and financial statements. Prepare management fee workbook and work with accounting team on missing fees. Review depository and cash management account activity and post to accounting software. Upload applicable files to accounting software. Provide bi-weekly payroll reports to clients. Update and improve current tools, documents, and processes. Special projects and miscellaneous assignments. Assist accounting personnel. Travel Requirement: This position does not require travel.Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong Excel knowledge. Previous property management experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously, research, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
