Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Clerk in Dallas, Texas. Our industry is manufacturing and we operate with a hybrid working model. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be part of our team, handling various accounting responsibilities and utilizing the Netsuite ERP system. Responsibilities: • Administer all activities in the payment cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring efficient client service • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payments and the preparation of regular AP/AR reports • Handle journal entries and maintain up-to-date books • Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules, and reconciliations during month-end and year-end closures • Maintain and enhance the current accounting systems and controls, with a specific focus on Netsuite ERP • Facilitate financial audits by providing auditors with the necessary accounting documents • Contribute to various accounting projects and ad hoc reporting as required Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required • Capable of handling Billing tasks effectively • Should exhibit strong Data Entry skills • Expertise in Invoice Processing is a must • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected • Experience with Oracle software is beneficial • Knowledge of QuickBooks software is desirable • Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous • Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus • Experience in the Manufacturing sector is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
