Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Clerk in the Retail industry, located in New York. The workplace is fully onsite and you will be joining our team, where your main responsibility will be overseeing the processing of customer credit applications and maintaining customer records. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Enter data for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Apply cash applications for Accounts Receivable • Handle invoice entry for Accounts Payable • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks • Familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP is advantageous but not mandatory • Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required.
