Description A growing manufacturing company in Vernon is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team! This role is particularly suited to those who are eager to learn and can quickly adapt to new tasks. The industry focus is on accounts receivable with some involvement in job costing. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Engage in accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries effectively • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions • Perform account reconciliation tasks diligently • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties • Ensure accurate and timely billing processes • Execute data entry tasks efficiently • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for invoice processing.
