Description Our prestigious client is actively seeking an ambitious Accounting Clerk. In this vital role, you will act as the backbone of the finance department, providing valuable assistance to the business by dealing with billing invoices, vendor payments, expense accounts, and other transactional accounting tasks. Your attention to detail, organization skills and love for number-crunching will ensure the company's finances are accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities: + Maintain and update financial records. + Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. + Monitor credit and debit transactions. + Assist the Accountant in the preparation of reports. Requirements + Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a finance-related field. + Proven accounting experience. + Strong familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures. + Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
