Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk based in Louisville, Kentucky. The Accounting Clerk will play an integral role in the financial operations of our business, handling tasks such as account reconciliation, data entry, and invoice processing. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications. • Maintain precise customer credit records to ensure account integrity. • Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and speed. • Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth financial operations. • Handle invoice processing promptly and accurately. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various financial tasks. • Employ SAP for business operations and management. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action to maintain their accuracy. • Handle billing operations, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
