Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Accounting Clerk to be part of our team in the Manufacturing industry located in MASSILLON, Ohio. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining precise records. This role will also entail addressing customer inquiries and undertaking necessary actions. This is a permanent position with standard business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Responsibilities: • Execute accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Oversee customer accounts and initiate suitable actions as required • Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Handle tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) • Manage tasks associated with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Perform account reconciliation tasks • Engage in light collections activities when necessary • Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks • Carry out billing duties as and when required If you have strong general accounting experience and want to grow- apply TODAY! Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation is required. • Must have expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP). • Proficiency in dealing with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Experience in Billing processes within the manufacturing industry is essential. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required. • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a must for this role.
