Description We are inviting applications for the role of Accounting Clerk. This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28115, United States and is within the Accounting industry. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be expected to manage account reconciliation, handle accounts payable and receivable, oversee billing, and perform data entry tasks. Responsibilities: • Execute account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial records. • Manage accounts payable, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded. • Oversee accounts receivable to maintain financial integrity. • Handle billing duties, ensuring all invoices are sent and paid in a timely manner. • Conduct data entry tasks, maintaining accurate customer records. • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. • Utilize ERP systems for financial tasks and record keeping. • Maintain accurate customer credit records. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Handle invoice processing tasks to ensure accurate and timely payment.
