Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Ephrata, Washington. This role primarily involves managing and organizing the Accounts Payable department's communication and assisting with the procurement card process. This is a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable department's emails, ensuring all communications are directed to the appropriate contact • Organize the Accounts Payable email inbox, improving efficiency and communication flow • Assist in the processing of accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Undertake data entry tasks, entering invoices accurately and promptly into the system • Support the procurement card process, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed correctly. Requirements • Proficiency in maintaining accounting entries with accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent data entry skills, with a focus on speed and accuracy. • Experience in entering invoices, ensuring correct and timely processing. • Familiarity with procurement card operations, including transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
