Description We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Coconut Creek, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including processing invoices, maintaining account records, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle data entry tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable • Maintain and update customer credit records with high accuracy • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks • Process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner • Manage account reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness • Operate Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting functions • Adapt to shifting responsibilities between office and warehouse tasks • Perform billing operations to ensure timely invoicing • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential • Mastery of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary • Knowledge in Billing is a must • Capable of performing Data Entry tasks • Proficient in Invoice Processing • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required • Familiarity with Oracle is a significant advantage • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred • Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
