Description We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Ephrata, Washington. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with managing the Accounts Payable department emails, organizing and forwarding them to the appropriate contacts. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Oversee the Accounts Payable department's email communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Streamline the organization of AP emails, forwarding them to the appropriate contacts as required. • Utilize your proficiency in accounting entries to support the department's operations. • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our accounting records. • Manage the entry of invoices, ensuring they are processed and recorded accurately. • Leverage your skills in procurement card management to enhance our financial operations.
