Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Miami, Florida for an Accounting Clerk. This role is vital in the financial industry, where you will be tasked with maintaining and organizing financial records, processing invoices, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate processing of customer invoices and maintain detailed records • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively • Conduct regular account reconciliation to ensure accuracy • Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for bookkeeping and data entry tasks • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations • Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Utilize strong math skills for accurate calculations and financial tasks • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, in written and verbal form.
