Description We are offering a contract/ contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in BEREA, Ohio. The primary function of this role involves handling accounts payable and accounts receivable within the industry and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires on-site presence and will involve working closely with various financial platforms such as Shopify and PayPal. Responsibilities: • Process payments received via ACH, wire, and checks in an efficient manner. • Handle accounts payable tasks such as matching receivers, checks, and expense reports. • Oversee accounts receivable duties, ensuring timely collection of payments. • Manage financial records and perform account reconciliation regularly. • Utilize Excel for various tasks, especially those related to Shopify. • Maintain aging reports and promptly address any discrepancies. • Work with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. • Handle data entry tasks as necessary. • Assist in invoice processing and billing activities. • Monitor a single bank account through First National Bank.
