Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Midland, Texas, United States. The selected candidate will work in the oilfield chemical billing industry, focusing on comprehensive account management, and customer invoice processing. Responsibilities: • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all customer credit applications • Maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer credit records • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Conducting thorough checks of ticket signatures before dispatch • Managing deadlines and keeping track of dispatched tickets • Handling specific invoicing requirements for individual customers • Using software tools like QuickBooks, Open Invoice, and Oracle for account reconciliation and invoice processing • Conducting monthly reconciliation of company books with customer portals • Preparing and submitting the Outstanding Ticket Report by the 20th of each month • Performing general office duties including filing of BOL’s, Sales Orders, Treat Sheets, and Invoicing backup • Taking up any additional tasks relevant to the position. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required. • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. • Billing skills are essential. • Must be adept at Data Entry. • Experience in Invoice Processing is necessary. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. • Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. • Familiarity with SAP software is a plus. • Experience with Open Invoice is necessary. • Familiarity with Ariba software is a plus. • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online is required. • Experience in Code Invoices is necessary. • Experience in Coding Invoices is required. • Ability to handle Approved Invoices is required.
