Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the fabrication and installation industry in Kent, Washington. We are in search of an Accounting Clerk who is capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with various responsibilities including processing payroll, managing accounts receivable and payable, and performing administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Oversee the maintenance of customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions when required • Manage weekly payroll by verifying timecards and coordinating with the superintendent • Handle accounts payable by entering and scanning invoices • Assist with accounts receivable duties such as entering change orders • Perform credit card reconciliations and verify the general ledger account • Take up administrative work such as ordering office supplies • Enter certified payroll and L& I into the LCP tracker • Maintain data entry tasks, including manual entry of job information.
