Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in West Caldwell, New Jersey. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage and reconcile accounts. • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. • Handle billing processes and tasks. • Perform invoice processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, Quickbooks, and SAP in performing daily tasks. • Execute data entry tasks with attention to detail. • Maintain accurate records and ensure all accounting data is up-to-date. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required. • Process customer applications accurately and efficiently. • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
