Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Tampa, Florida area for an Accounting Clerk. This role will primarily focus on supporting our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable • Assist with the entry of credit card receipts • Maintain and organize files as necessary • Provide additional support as needed, particularly during staff absences • Handle invoicing, collections, and cash applications • Contribute to the entry of data accurately and efficiently • Support the sales team where required with accounting-related follow up • Utilize major ERP systems for various tasks • Be ready to provide ad hoc support when required. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Clerk • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing • Experience with major ERP systems for accounting and financial processing • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
