As an Accounting Clerk, you will be accountable for handling financial transactions, preparing reports, maintaining accurate financial records and managing confidential documents. This role is on-site. Responsibilities: • Ensuring accurate and timely processing and record keeping of accounts payable and receivable • Conducting regular bank and account reconciliations • Contributing to month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and financial reports • Overseeing invoices, payments, and expenses to ensure accurate recording • Handling communication with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries • Securing financial documentation in compliance with the organization's policies • Supporting audits and financial reviews as required • Collaborating with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies • Carrying out general administrative and clerical tasks as required.
