Accounting Clerk | $20.00-$23.00 | On-Site What Matters Most:  Competitive Pay of $20.00 per hour plus additional compensation Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pmLocation: Duluth, GA Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program.  Job Description: The Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting with all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing functions.   This position will work closely with the Accounting Specialist and the Controller to maintain day-to-day Accounting functions as well as month-end closing functions Responsibilities:  Enter all incoming AP invoices into system for payment processingPresent list of weekly checks/ACH/Wire Transfers to Accounting Specialist and/or Controller for processing.  Distribute credit card statements to employees with credit cards and ensure receipts are returned in a timely manner.  Other duties as assigned by Accounting Specialist, Controller or President. Qualifications and Requirements:   Bachelors Degree (in Accounting or Finance) preferred1-2 years Accounting Experience Required.3-5 years Accounting Experience preferred.Trustworthy with high ability to maintain confidential informationHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred Benefits and Perks:  $20.00-$23.00Medical Benefits  Holidays Training & Growth  Your New Organization:  The company provides comprehensive logistics services to a growing list of top-tier global customers.
