Description We are in search of a meticulous and diligent Accounting Clerk to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. As an Accounting Clerk, your primary role will be to manage and process customer transactions and maintain an accurate record of their accounts. Additionally, you will be tasked with resolving customer inquiries and overseeing their accounts to take necessary actions. This role presents a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is based entirely on-site. Responsibilities: • Management of accounts payable, primarily focusing on data entry and invoice processing. • Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain precise records. • Tending to customer inquiries and resolving them effectively. • Regularly update pipelines for the sales department. • Undertake administrative tasks as required. • Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary. • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person. • Use of QuickBooks to manage and process transactions and accounts.
