Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the Financial Services industry, based in Exeter, New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, ranging from processing financial transactions to medical reconciliations. Responsibilities • Efficiently process a high volume of medical reconciliations, ensuring accuracy at all times. • Handle accounting aspects related to customer accounts, including monitoring and taking necessary actions. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and update customer credit records. • Conduct Account Reconciliation as part of the day-to-day operations. • Manage data entry tasks related to customer credit applications. • Coordinate with the team to learn and adapt to new accounting procedures and practices. • Collaborate on payroll tasks, with potential for remote work. • Manage benefits payroll, ensuring all data is up to date and accurate. • Work flexibly, adjusting work times as needed to meet departmental goals. Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in Account Reconciliation, with a strong ability to balance financial records accurately. • Proven experience in Billing, including creating invoices, managing accounts, and overseeing customer payments. • Capability to perform Data Entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and speed. • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in using advanced functions for financial calculations and data analysis. • Experience in managing Benefits Payroll, including the calculation of employee benefits, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
