Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Sage 50 and Excel, and a strong understanding of basic accounting functions. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities: Process AP and AR transactions Record cash deposits in the system (deposits handled by another team member) Perform bank reconciliations Prepare journal entries, including payroll entries Review and process expense reports Assist the Controller with various accounting tasks and filing Qualifications: 1+ years of accounting experience Proficiency in Sage 50 and Excel (basic formulas and spreadsheet creation) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Additional Details: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Work Arrangement: Onsite If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please contact us at (314) 262-4344 to learn more.
