Description We are seeking a diligent Accounting Clerk to be a part of our team based in Redmond, Washington. The primary function of this role will be to manage customer accounts, process applications, and maintain precise records. The Accounting Clerk will also be tasked with resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts payable activities, ensuring all transactions are carried out efficiently • Manage accounts receivable for our expanding company • Keep track of customer transactions, especially those involving credit cards • Undertake job costing responsibilities • Assist in payroll activities when required • Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, Paycor, and SingleOps for various tasks • Perform account reconciliation duties • Handle billing and invoice processing tasks • Use SAP and QuickBooks Pro for various accounting tasks • Ensure accurate data entry across all tasks. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Life Insurance 401k with match 2 weeks PTO 6 paid holidays Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) operations. • Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR). • Familiarity with Billing processes. • Strong Data Entry skills. • Experience in Invoice Processing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of QuickBooks software. • Experience with SAP system. • Ability to handle Job Costing. • Experience in Payroll management. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro software.
