Description Accounting Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the accounting department by managing day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time. + Maintain and update financial records, including journals, ledgers, and invoices. + Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing financial reports. + Handle data entry for various accounting software systems. + Support month-end and year-end accounting processes. + Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, or internal teams regarding financial matters. Requirements Qualifications: + 1–3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel). + Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. + Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. + Excellent organizational and communication skills.
