Description Key Responsibilities: + Manage AP & AR processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments. + Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting. + Handle intermodal logistics accounting, including tracking freight invoices, reconciling billing discrepancies, and working with vendors and carriers. + Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks. + Maintain organized financial records and support audits as needed. + Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and invoice approvals. Requirements 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Strong AP/AR experience with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Intermodal or transportation accounting experience is a major plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
