Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Anaheim, California, 92802, United States. The role involves a range of responsibilities, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action within the industry. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Keep customer credit records accurate and up-to-date • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Perform account reconciliation tasks as necessary • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conduct billing processes and invoice processing tasks • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in performing various accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Billing processes is essential • Possess Data Entry skills for effective performance • Capable of handling Invoice Processing tasks • Expertise in Microsoft Excel is a must • Experience with Oracle software is desirable • Proficiency in using QuickBooks is needed • Knowledge of SAP software is beneficial.
