Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be expected to manage a variety of tasks such as processing customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, and addressing customer inquiries. Your primary focus will be on the efficient. Responsibilities: • Handle customer credit applications with precision and efficiency • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a detail-oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions • Use Accounting Software Systems for data management and financial analysis • Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations • Maintain a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and best practices. Requirements •2 years of AP/AR experience with about 6 months to a year of payroll experience Construction Industry experience is required Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory. • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is required. • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. • Must possess knowledge and experience in handling Payroll.
