Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Los Angeles, California. The role is within the finance industry and the selected candidate will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position involves maintaining financial records, handling account reconciliations, and managing both accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities: • Accurately process invoices and maintain up-to-date billing system • Handle account reconciliations regularly and accurately • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all payments are processed on time • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated customer credit records • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting • Operate financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a detail oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Assist in other accounting tasks as required Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Billing processes • Strong skills in Data Entry • Ability to handle Invoice Processing tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Oracle software • Knowledge of QuickBooks • Familiarity with SAP software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
